1. Overview

StarPicks ("we", "us", "our") is a private, invite-only social betting group operated in Victoria, Australia. By subscribing to or accessing StarPicks, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we discover you are under 18.

3. Subscription & Billing

StarPicks is a weekly subscription service billed at $15.99 AUD per week. A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your nominated payment method will be charged weekly unless you cancel.

All billing is processed securely via Polar. We do not store your payment details.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting @777ec on Discord billing help. Cancellation is manual and processed by our team. Upon cancellation, your access to all StarPicks benefits (including private Discord channels) is revoked immediately. No pro-rata or partial-period refunds are provided.

5. No Financial Advice

All tips, predictions, multi suggestions, and commentary provided through StarPicks are for entertainment and social purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or professional gambling advice. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Responsible Gambling

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, predictions, and materials provided through StarPicks are our intellectual property. You may not redistribute, resell, or share StarPicks content outside the private group without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, StarPicks and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of our tips or predictions. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StarPicks after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
